Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in original and undamaged condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to any item that has been opened from original packaging. Before returning any item, contact us directly or by email to receive an Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a proper return number. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
